DAVID R. CODDEN, M.D. , was a neurologist and professor at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, where he is Director of the Headache Clinic which he founded nearly a decade ago, The Clinic’s new technique in treating headaches has gained him an international reputation. He is very active in Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and has several students elected to work with him every year. He is also on the medical school’s admissions committee and served the past 4 years as President of the Alumni Association. He is consultant to the special studies section of the National Institute of Health and has lectured widely throughout North America, Europe and South America. He is a charter member of the American Pain Society, serves on the President’s Committee on Pain which encompases "Employment for the Disabled". He is a member of Impartial Panel of Experts in neurology and psychiatry of the Supreme Court of the State of N.Y. since 1971. He is also a member of Stroke Council and has written articles for World Book Encyclopedia. [1]
