Frank Huttle, Esq., a lifelong New Jerseyan, has been a resident of Englewood for almost fifteen years along with his wife Valerie Huttle, Assemblywoman of the 37th District, and his two daughters, Alexandra and Francesca. He is an attorney and retired licensed Certified Public Accountant and has been active in numerous charitable foundations.


Prior to entering the private practice of law in 1988, Mayor Huttle was a Tax Partner with Touche Ross & Company. As a practicing attorney, Mayor Huttle concentrates his practice in business advisory services. He is currently Executive Vice President and General Counsel to Hudson Media, Inc and is formerly a partner in the law firm DeCotiis, Fitzpatrick & Cole, LLP, which he now serves Of Counsel to.

In Englewood, Mayor Huttle spearheaded the reopening of Englewood’s historic John Harms Theatre in 2003 as the founding Chairman and President of the Bergen Performing Arts Center (“bergenPAC”). Upon Mr. Huttle’s retirement from the Board of Trustees in 2010, the Board honored him with the designation, “Founder of bergenPAC.”

In addition to his role as Mayor, Mr. Huttle dually serves as the City Council President, setting the agenda and presiding over Council meetings. This marks the first time in the history of Englewood where a Mayor has simultaneously held this post.

Mayor Huttle received his B.S. from Rider College in 1976 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1985. He also received an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1992.
