James Evans - is an architectural planner on the staff of the N.Y.C. Board of Education and a principal in the architectural firm of Zalduondo, Shirwindt and Evans. He is affiliated with Arthur Williams Associates, a housing consulting firm. He was a partner in the firm of Early and Evans, architects and planners who were consultants for the Milbank Frawley Urban Development Project in N.Y.C. and designers of the John Bostic Community Center in N.Y.C. Mr. Evans was a ranking amateur tennis player as a member of the American Tennis Association. He also played and coached tennis with the U.S. Army in Europe. His children attended the Dwight Morrow High School. [1]
