Loren Glickman - one of America's foremost bassoon soloists, is a resident artist of The Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center. He has been soloist with the Mostly Mozart Festival, and has recorded chamber music for most of the major record companies. He has been guest artist with the Juilliard, Lenox, and Guarneri String Quartets, and has performed at the White House, the United Nations, Festival Casals in Puerto Rico, the Aldeburgh Festival in England, and the Spoleto Festival in Italy. As orchestra mana- ger, he has assembled the orchestras of the Festival Casals, Mostly Mozart, Columbia (Recording) Orchestra, Stutgart Ballet, Martha Graham Ballet, and the New Y Chamber Orchestra. He has composed film music for many documentary, travel, and children's films, and has been conductor for the TV series The Defenders and The Nurses. He was on the faculties of Queens College and Montclair College, and is on the artist series of the Art Center of Northern New Jersey. [1]
