Victor H. Frank, Jr. - As of 1980 was vice president, consumer diversified unit, CPC International. He was a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association, chairman, Investigational Drug Committee, trustee, Englewood Hospital, and chairman, Englewood Republican Municipal Committee. He was a former trustee, Dwight-Englewood School, previous chairman, Englewood Community Chest, former chairman of the Englewood Financial Advisory Committee, and former member of Governor Cahill’s 1972 Tax Policy Committee. He was also a discus thrower on the 1948 U.S. Olympic Track Field Team.[1]
